Released in November 2006, our Tour and Event Sales Management Module adds the capability to sell, track and manage the sale of tickets or reservations to events through a web-based interface connected directly to their Submerce-powered website.
Tickets and Reservations can then be completed online and managed through the customer’s account at any time. The system can even book and track tours based on predetermined schedules and group size limits to ensure maximization of groups and streamline the management of preparing “guest lists”.
Tickets and reservations sold online can be printed with a unique barcode minimizing the risk of duplicated tickets by using the event management administrator to scan the ticket and mark it as “used” in the system. If a copy of a ticket were to be presented again, the ticket would be identified as a fraudulent copy based on querying the event database.
Electronic brochures, event guest list and purchase information and product literature can also be sent to a customer as part of the online purchase.
