Generate More Sales by Getting to Know Your Customers through Submerce Advanced Reports

What sets our Submerce Advanced Reporting Tools apart is that they are more than just simple point-and-click reporting tools. They also offer analytical tools which allow you to generate your own queries on the fly. Compare selected products, shipping methods, or payment methods for example, and in a matter of seconds, you will have a comprehensive report helping you make smart business decisions such as re-negotiating your shipping contract or payment processor.

Examples of other report options are tax reporting, commission reports, or identifying your top customers, new customers, or most popular products and product types. So we challenge anyone to come up with another specific report not currently implemented so that we can write it and include it with our solutions,” says Holtermann.

Event Management, Ticket Sales and Tour Reservations with Submerce

After months of development and pilot testing, the Submerce Event Sales and Reservations Expansion Module is now available to everyone. With features such as group-size limitations, available times and dates, and ticket sales to specific customers, the new module was designed to reduce call volumes to customer service and hospitality teams, and enables Submerce-powered websites the ability to offer online ticket sales to concerts, special events, and tours. Del Dotto Vineyards uses this module to offer website visitors the ability to book their own reservations for wine cave tours online. “What is great about the system is that it is extremely flexible to meet your event requirements and is entirely configurable by the administrator,” says Tim Holtermann, Senior Programmer. “Options such as requiring immediate payment for tickets or tour reservations simplify the process with an automated confirmation email,” adds Holtermann. “It is perfect for wineries that do not have a dedicated hospitality manager,” says Sarah Elliman, Director of Sales and Marketing. “Administrators can configure specific parameters such as setting limitations on the number of available reservations or allowing ticket sales only to club members or specific customer types.”
