Cephrus’ new Vendor Management and Sales Channel Locator offers the convenience to your customers to search for sales channels that offer your products in the customer’s immediate area based on their address or zipcode. Results display which products are available, what type of establishment the location is (ie. retail off-premise, retail on-premise, wholesale, etc), and general contact information along with a map and directions to the retail establishments in their area that offers your products for sale.
Results can be refined by filtering by distance to location, type of retail environment, business hours and product availability. Its design emphasizes "one-stop shopping" by providing immediate results via one universal locator page, as opposed to the less user-friendly click-around systems offered by some of your competitors.
When used with our Submerce Compliance and Allocation module, wineries can connect the Vendor Management and Sales Channel Locator module directly to their shipping rules and limits to offer potential customers an alternative source to purchase their products when state compliance laws forbid shipping to a particular regions. If a particular product is not available to ship, the module will generate a dynamic list based on the product selected and the nearest available retail location.
For members of the trade, the module can also be used in the same fashion to locate and display your wholesale and distributors information on a different area of your website to display contact information for retailers seeking information regarding carrying your products.
